Huh, I didn’t know the trick about juicing it, either. I used for a Cambodian soup, and my overall impression was, “meh.”

Even though I only tried it once I’ve never forgotten that slimy gelatinous texture! I’m always ready for a change of heart though. If anyone can pull it off you can I’m sure!

Delicious Star Fruit. You can make a delicious juice out if it. The more yellow and brown spotted it is the sweeter it get.

Yes, and they are very healthy too. You’ll find it a lot in Latin or Asian markets.
