Not everyday on earth has to be exciting and action-packed. Some days are just filled with the usual stuff. Waking, eating, writing, cooking, watching some TV, and hanging out with the homies (literally, the people at home 😂).
It's been nice taking a break from mental health for a little while. I've long been obsessed with the topic, especially after being diagnosed with borderline personality disorder in 2012. Beyond that, psychology is simply fascinating isn't it? Why do we silly humans do some of the stuff we do--at times amazing, at times deplorable.
I arrived back in Trinidad in time to experience what Divali during the time of COVID is like here. In Trinidad Diwali often gets spelled with a 'v' instead of a 'w'. Considering that it's derived from the Sanskrit word dipavali, one could argue that the 'v' spelling is more correct...
